- Between 15 days and 10 days before the check-in date, 30% of the total amount of the stay will be penalized.
- Less than 10 days before the check-in date, 30% of the total amount of the stay will be penalized.
- In case of No Show: corresponding to 100% of the total amount of the stay.
Additional Notes:
"The customer must bring their identification to check-in as well as the IBAN for the return of the security deposit that will be charged at the entrance" in case it was made via bank transfer
